In full: “Thank you for your kind letter about 'The Andromeda Strain.’ I'm pleased you enjoyed the book, and hope that you also like 'The Terminal Man' which will be out in April. Cordially, (signed) Michael Crichton." The postscript, in Crichton's hand, reads: "P. S. Is your father a doctor?" In fine condition, with trimmed left edge as well as small dings to edge.
